Victor handles commercial transactions, regulatory compliance with government agencies and project proposals for private and public undertaking. He assists clients in resolving intra-corporate issues and completing corporate housekeeping matters. He conducts due diligence audits for various clients in connection with mergers, acquisitions and other commercial ventures. 

Victor also advises clients on various labor and employment-related concerns. 

Victor has a diverse professional work experience having been able to work in legislative and executive agencies of the government prior to PSF Law. 

Victor obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from University of Santo Tomas in 2015 and was admitted to the Philippine bar in 2016. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Film and Audio-Visual Communication from the University of the Philippines Diliman.
