Edward handles matters in corporate and commercial transactions, including infrastructure and special projects, securities transactions and compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. He assists in projects involving capital raising options for expansion as well as in the transaction structure of a commercial undertaking. 

Edward represents clients in criminal, civil, and labor cases, either in the prosecution of their claims or the defense of their interests. He is able to successfully resolve disputes prior to initiation of and during formal proceedings. He is assigned to handle and litigate cases before the regular courts, the Sandiganbayan, the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC), and other quasi-judicial agencies. 

Prior to working at PSF Law, he was employed in the NLRC. 

 Edward obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines Diliman in 2016 and was admitted to the Philippine bar in 2017. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree, major in Political Science, from the same university.
